Introduction
Paging signalization at the network using standard protocols. As paging systems come closer to the IT and telephony domain, it's protocols became more important. Most of the existing protocols used for paging systems are designed by the needs of the underlaying hardware and the manufacturings company. There is no interoperability today, so the planing system engineer has to take a complete integrated solution from a single manufacturer. The way out of this bad situation is to use standard protocols coming from other domains. We extended the SIP protocol stack with the requirements of the paging system domain.
